Changing Order Statuses on Sales Orders

The order status determines when and how the order is processed. Update the order status as required.

1. From an active shopping cart, click Edit Header.
2. In the Order Status field, select the status from the drop-down menu, such as Ship When Available or Bid.
3. Click Save Header.
