Entering Ordered By Information

You can enter the customer purchasing agent placing the order. If authorized order placers have been established in Customer Maintenance, this field is required and checked against the list of valid order placers.

1. From an active shopping cart, click Edit Header.
2. In the Ordered by field, enter the user ID.
3. Click Save Header.
