Getting Prices

Quick Price quickly provides prices on products for a specific customer. The pricing is customer-specific pricing based on your company's price settings.

  1. On the Eclipse Mobile home page, click Quick Price.
  2. In the Customer field, enter the customer name or part of the customer name. The system displays matches to select from. The customer information includes the address so you can determine which ship to you want to use.
  3. In the Product field, enter the product you want a price for or part of the product name. The system displays matches to select from.
  4. In the Quantity field, enter the quantity of the product that the customer intends to order. This field defaults to 1 if left blank.
  5. Click Get Price. An exact match displays the Quick Price information. More
  6. If your search criteria matches more than one entity, select a customer or product from the list that displays, then click Get Price again. More

Note: On devices that support WCSS standards, the Qty field automatically shifts into numeric mode and the ALT key is not required.
