Searching for Records

The Search function locates products, orders, customers, vendors, or contacts by keyword:

1. On the Eclipse Mobile home page, enter one or more keywords in the field at the top of the page.
2. Select a category from the drop-down list to limit your search. Or, leave All selected to return results for every category.
3. Click Search.

Click Advanced Search to further limit your search parameters. The advantage of the advanced search is that you can select multiple search criteria, such as searching for COPPER in both product and order files.

Use the MOBILE.USE.ACL authorization key to limit your searches to customers and contacts to which you have access. If you click a link and do not have access to view a customer or contact information, the following message displays: "You do not have the proper authority to see this customer."
