We have tested Eclipse Mobile using the Blackberry, Motorola Q, and Palm Treo. Some mobile device browsers work better than others, and most mobile devices have more than one browser installed. Try using a different browser. If you are using any device in conjuntion with Windows Mobile 5.0 or higher and you still have display problems, please contact Eclipse Support at 508-778-9151 or eclipseincoming@activant.com.
Your Eclipse system administrator must set up authorization for each Eclipse Mobile user. Verify that your system administrator has given you the access to Eclipse Mobile.
Your security certificate must be renewed. Contact your Eclipse system administrator. In most cases, your system administrator needs to contact Eclipse Support at 508-778-9151 or eclipseincoming@activant.com to renew the security certificate.

Each company uses a different web site address to access Eclipse Mobile. Ask your Eclipse system administrator for your company’s Eclipse Mobile web site address.
You can use Eclipse Mobile anywhere your service provider offers digital coverage. This usually means that anywhere you can access the Internet, you can also access Eclipse Mobile.
Log out of Eclipse Mobile and close your browser. If you do not close your browser after logging out, anyone who has access to your mobile device can view your session information by using the browser’s Back button.
