Viewing and Managing Active Web Sessions
Web Session Manager in Eclipse displays active web-based sessions and provides the option to log off any sessions you want to end. You must view this information from the Eclipse system on your computer.
Note: A session begins when a user logs in and ends when a user logs out or is logged out because of inactivity.
- From the System > System Programming > System Maintenance menu, select License Maintenance.
- Use the Web Sessions hot key. The system displays the following information for each active web session:
- Session ID – The system-generated ID that is assigned to this web session,
- Company Name – The name of the company associated with this web session, if this is a Web Order Entry session.
- User – The Eclipse user ID associated with this web session.
- Type – The type of web session, such as Eclipse Mobile (MOBILE), Web Order Entry (WOE), or Web Integration (WebInt).
- Last Update – The last time that this web session was used to send or receive information.
- If you want to log out a user, move the cursor to the line for that web session and then use the Logout Session hot key.
