Viewing Customer Contacts
Use the Contact page to view contact information, such as phone number, fax number, and e-mail address, for the people with whom you do business. To review contact information, search for a contact, and then review the following fields:
- Title - The name title that applies to this contact, such as Mr. or Ms. More
- First Name - The contact's first name.
- Middle Name - The contact's middle name or middle initial, as needed.
- Last Name - The contact's last name.
- Job Title - The contact's job title, such as "Construction Manager" or "Owner."
- Classification - The contact's primary work area. More
- Entity - The customer or vendor record associated with this contact.
- URL - The contact's company web site address.
- Use Primary Company Address - Specifies whether to use the mailing address of the customer or vendor with which this contact is associated, as identified in the Entity field. More
- Address - The contact's mailing address, if different from the entity's address. More
- City - The contact's city of address.
- State - The contact's state of address.
- Zip - The contact's zip code.
- Country - The contact's country of address.
- Contact E-mail Information - The contact's e-mail address, or addresses.
- Contact Phone Numbers - Phone numbers for the contact, along with identifying information about each phone number.
- Web Order Entry Log In - The contact's Web Order Entry user ID and password.
