Viewing Open Sales Orders

You can locate open sales orders in two ways: by conducting a search from the main Eclipse Mobile home page, or by using the link provided when you are viewing a customer record.

To view open sales orders from the home page:

1. In the search box at the top of the page, enter a customer name, and then click Search.
2. In the Orders section that displays, click the order you want to view. You can identify your order by matching the sales order number or purchase order number, which both display. Clicking an order displays the Order Detail page, where you can review the order in detail.

To view open sales orders from a customer record:

1. Display a customer record.
2. Click the Open Orders link near the top of the page. You can also click the Open Bids link to display open bids instead.
3. On the Open Orders or Open Bids page, click the order number in the Order # column for any order or bid that displays. The Order Detail page displays the order information.
